This realization was tough but necessary. It became the catalyst for a profound personal and professional transformation. I discovered the true power of agency—taking full ownership of my actions and their outcomes.

This wasn't just about accepting responsibility; it was about seizing the opportunity to direct the course of my life.

Agency is about more than acknowledging where you are; it's about knowing where you want to go and pushing yourself to get there.

It involves:

1. Self-Assessment: Regularly evaluating your performance honestly.

2. Goal Setting: Clearly defining what success looks like on your terms.

3. Continuous Learning: Seeking out opportunities to grow, even from failures.

4. Proactive Actions: Not just reacting to situations but creating opportunities.

By integrating a growth mindset into every aspect of your professional life, you'll find that challenges become less of roadblocks and more like stepping stones.
