A couple weeks ago, I started reading Stolen Focus by Johann Hari. It hit me hard.

Then, I had James Clear in my coaching cohort. He challenged us:
👉 If you want to do great work, set real boundaries.

So, I did.

One Simple Change → Massive Results

Last Monday, I made one small rule: No phone until noon.

✔ 2,200 words written in 45 minutes
✔ A distraction-free walk with my dog
✔ A fully focused workout

Then I pushed further.
❌ Deleted Gmail from my phone.
📦 Bought a Mindsight Lock Box to time-lock my phone.

The result?

📉 Screen time dropped 42% in one week.
📉 Went from 7+ hours/day to just over 4.
📈 More focus.
📈 Better sleep.
📈 Less digital noise.
