Designing Your Best Year in 2025
What if 2025 could be your most intentional year yet?
As we close out 2024, I’ve been thinking about what it takes to create a breakthrough year. It’s not about setting huge resolutions or relying on willpower. It’s about clarity—having something to guide your decisions and actions every single day.
One thing that’s worked well for me is choosing a theme or word of the year.
Last year, my word was momentum. I focused on small, intentional habits that helped me keep moving forward—even when things didn’t go as planned. That focus made a huge difference, both in my work and how I showed up for the people I care about most.
What about you? What’s could be your theme for 2025?
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Focus: Double down on what matters most.
Growth: Step out of your comfort zone.
Service: Make an impact in a bigger way.
Take a little time this week to reflect. If you could pick one word to anchor your year, what would it be?
And here’s something to look forward to—I’m hosting a free webinar on January 16th at 1 PM where we’ll dive even deeper into how to live and lead with intention in 2025. Mark your calendar and keep an eye out for details!
This is all leading up to the launch of my With Intention course, which will help you start the year with clarity, confidence, and a plan to take action.
Here’s to living and leading with intention,
Jon
