3 Things: Face to face connection, contagious energy & why there’s no substitute for being together live

Thought: We had over a dozen customers in our Chicago office this week for an advisory council. Due to Covid, this was the first time we’ve hosted the meeting live in our office since 2019. I was once-again reminded of the positive energy that comes from having people together. The energy was contagious, and we accomplished a lot together. Much more than we could over a video conference.

Call to Action: How can you engage in more live, face to face interactions? While video/virtual is nice to have, it doesn’t replace the trust and connection you get from being live with someone.
