That voice in your head…

Yeah, it’s pretty common.  The older I get and the more people I talk to, the more I get that most have a little voice that can hold them back.  I know I have it.  But, here’s the good news.  The awareness of that voice is the first step.  Acknowledge it.  Accept it.  Just don’t let it control you.  It’s there.  It’s the way we’re wired.  Some more than others.  The question always comes down to this – despite any negative thoughts, can you move forward?  Can you take action?  Can you silence the voice by controlling what you can control?  Imperfect action is a key filter for me.  Can I keep moving forward?  Can you?
