Leadership starts with caring. That’s the foundation. If people know you care, you can do some amazing things together. Sure, there’s a lot of facets to getting a team to perform, but when it starts with care some cool things can happen. Caring enables connection. And a “player” on a team that feels connected and cared for can be pushed and can push themselves to levels they’ve never been too.
