Thought: Trust can be fragile. Trust is earned over time. I’m in year 24 of my career in sales and I’m learning more everyday about how important trust and relationships are to the business. I’ve always known this but it’s becoming more and more evident by the day. Relationship capital and trust can get you through tough times and hard conversations. At the end of the day, it could be the most important thing when it comes to doing business.
