3 Things: Building trust and connection

Thought: Our sales team got together live this week as a group. We talked business, of course, but most importantly, we connected and had some fun together. Building connection and trust is such a game changer when it comes to any team. Everyone is spread throughout the country so getting together for a couple days isn’t easy, but worth the investment.
