Danny Meyer’s book, “Setting the Table”, came highly recommended to me from my friend, Kevin, who runs a thriving expedition company in California. It’s all about the power of  service. If you’re intrigued by the restaurant business it will be a double win for you but anyone who’s interested in running a business the right way will find value. It certainly has basic life applications as well.
